• "Creator" means a User who creates or launches a Token on the Platform

3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATIONS

3.1 Age Requirement

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you:

• Have full power and authority to enter into this agreement
• Are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from using the Platform
• Will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

You represent that you are NOT accessing the Platform from:

• Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or Crimea
• Any jurisdiction where the Platform's services are prohibited
• Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions

3.4 Independent Assessment

You acknowledge that you have:

• Independently assessed all Digital Assets before interacting with them
• Conducted your own research (DYOR)
• Consulted with advisors as you deem appropriate
• Not relied on any statements, representations, or advice from the Platform

4. RISK DISCLOSURES

4.1 Extreme Volatility

Digital assets, particularly meme coins, are HIGHLY SPECULATIVE and carry MATERIAL RISK OF ECONOMIC LOSS. Prices can fluctuate dramatically within minutes.

4.2 Risk of Total Loss

YOU COULD LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

4.3 No Investment Advice

BNB LIFE IS NOT:

• Your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor
• Providing investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
• Recommending or endorsing any specific Token
• Guaranteeing any returns or profits

4.4 Entertainment Only

Tokens created on this Platform are FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. They have:

• No intrinsic value
• No expectation of profit
• No utility beyond speculation
• No backing by assets or revenue

4.5 Market Manipulation Risks

The Platform has observed high rates of:

• Pump-and-dump schemes
• Rug pulls (developer abandonment)
• Wash trading
• Bot manipulation
• Coordinated price manipulation

4.6 Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts may contain:

• Bugs or vulnerabilities
• Irreversible errors
• Unaudited code
• Malicious functionality

4.7 Regulatory Uncertainty

Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving. Future regulations may:

• Restrict or prohibit Platform operations

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You MUST NOT:

• Engage in pump-and-dump schemes
• Execute rug pulls or exit scams
• Conduct wash trading or wash sales
• Manipulate prices through coordinated buying/selling
• Use bots for unfair trading advantages
• Front-run other users' transactions

5.2 Fraudulent Activities

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate others or create fake identities
• Engage in sybil attacks or fake account creation
• Misrepresent Token characteristics or roadmaps
• Promote Tokens with false claims

5.3 Legal Violations

• Violate anti-money laundering (AML) laws
• Facilitate terrorist financing
• Evade economic sanctions
• Violate securities laws
• Conduct unregistered securities offerings
• Violate intellectual property rights
